Roof decks and parking decks are often large areas that are subjected to heavy loads. Expansion joints accommodate movements caused by settlement, expansion, and displacement due to dynamic traffic loads. Only when these joints are securely sealed can the parking deck waterproofing or coating reliably protect the concrete substrate. Triflex ProJoint+ is a joint sealing system made of fabric-reinforced liquid polymer, reinforced with a carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer joint profile. Expansion joints and surfaces can be sealed with the same resin, eliminating the need to switch materials.

The Triflex ProJoint+ expansion joint waterproofing system, made of fabric-reinforced liquid polymer, forms a homogeneous surface. Water penetration from rainwater is prevented by the bond between the waterproofing membrane and the substrate.

With Triflex ProJoint+, even complex joint configurations, height differences, and varying joint widths can be sealed seamlessly and reliably using a single, simple system. The Triflex ProJoint+ system can accommodate both vertical and horizontal joint movements. In addition, it is suitable for both new construction and the rehabilitation of expansion joints.

The maintenance joint created with Triflex ProJoint+—protected by a carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer joint profile—is highly mechanically resistant and abrasion-resistant. This extends the time between renovations by years.

The quality of the waterproofing component is certified by a test report . The waterproofing system is root- and rhizome-resistant in accordance with the FLL method. Its functionality (dynamic stress at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +50 °C) has been verified by an external testing institute.
