Residential and Commercial Building on Bölschestraße

The property owner, HCP Invest GmbH & Co. KG, was particularly keen to find a cost-effective solution. The contractor, the local firm ABD Bedachungen GmbH, therefore recommended the fast-curing, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)-ba Flüssigkunststoff. The fleece-reinforced Triflex ProTect was used. Due to its low weight per unit area, the roof waterproofing system could be applied over the existing bitumen membranes without demolition. And this was possible even at low temperatures. The special resin also securely integrates complex details such as safety rails, vents, and skylights into the waterproofing. The slip-resistant coating Triflex Cryl SC 237 in traffic yellow was used to create the maintenance walkways.
