Damaged flooring repaired

Until a few years ago, the building served as a warehouse for a beverage distributor and is now used as a facility and transshipment point by Babatz Logistik GmbH, a company specializing in paper logistics. The pavement (an asphalt surface of unknown quality laid over a concrete base) had suffered significant damage over the years; in addition to potholes and cracks, it also showed signs of aggregate loss on the surface and had already begun to sag in some areas near the gates. The work was to interfere as little as possible with operations, and the storage areas had to remain accessible to the greatest extent possible. To ensure consistently high-quality deliveries, the operator decided to carry out initial measures on short notice with Triflex Asphalt Repro 3K. The work was performed from a central mixing station near the gate (ventilation!) in small sections of no more than 20 m² each.

  • Early return to service even under high mechanical stress
  • Suitable for forklift use
  • Accessible to trucks (outdoors)
  • Smooth surface
  • Minimal, if any, loss of aggregate from the replacement mix
